The Building Industry Association of San Diego County (BIA) is applauding San Diego County’s recent adoption of California Assembly Bill 1033, which allows homeowners to convert accessory dwelling units into condominiums and sell them separately from the primary residence. The County of San Diego joins a growing list of California cities and counties implementing the law.
