Pull all BIA Communications, internal and external, under one umbrella. Increase membership engagement and awareness. Improve education and opinions on housing, the BIA, and its members. Focus engagement internally on members and member’s networks – especially the 21,000 people BIA members employ – through existing channels and resources and not via paid marketing campaign, but through the talent within our BIA members in the form of a committee.
