The City of San Diego’s Development Services Department has announced that DSD-specific fees will increase 7.25% effective May 4th for all fees that have not yet been invoiced. This increase will not apply to state fees or other agency fees, but is something that members should be aware of as they are processing their projects. In presentations to stakeholder groups, including our own BIA/DSD working group, DSD covered that their department must be cost recoverable, and their internal cost increases are due to labor and technology.
