The BIA submitted a letter of opposition to the City Council outlining our concerns with the proposed changes to the General Plan Maintenance Fee. Shifting it from its current flat-fee rate to an 11% surcharge represents additional costs and we will continue to hold the line on opposing costs that result in more expensive homes.
