On November 19th, the Oceanside City Council approved increases to their Park Development Impact Fees. The second reading anticipated to be approved this evening. The new fees will be effective starting on January 20, 2026. Please be advised that all SB330 Preliminary Applications need to be submitted prior to this date in order to lock in the current fees. You will then have 180 days to submit your full project application or the Preliminary Application will expire. Any applications submitted after this date will be subject to the new fees.
