Viva Las Icon Awards! Welcome to the Fabulous 2025 Icon Awards. Join us for an evening under the stars to celebrate and honor those who shine brightest in our industry. After all of your hard work this year we think it’s time you enjoy yourself with a night out on the Iconic Vegas Strip and help us in recognizing the industry’s most outstanding contributors (builder, trade, and design professionals) who have distinguished themselves by working hard to deliver their best each day for the betterment of our industry.
Award winners will be announced and honored at the Annual Icon Awards show on Saturday, September 13th at Humphrey’s Half Moon Inn.

NOMINATING & ENTRY PROCESS
Whether you are nominating for an individual, company, or submitting an entry for a new project, the nomination and entry process couldn’t be easier! We invite you to nominate qualified candidates and companies and submit entries for products that have been standouts during the period of January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
For Categories #1-31:
There is an entry fee for categories #1-31 ($150 entry fee from May 1st, 2025 – June 31st, 2025 & $200 entry fee from July 1st, 2025 – July 31st, 2025)
*PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to submit all your entry materials at the time of payment if payment is submitted prior to July 31, 2025. Entry materials must be submitted on or before the deadline of July 31, 2025.
For Categories #32-48:
If you are nominating an individual or company we only need the name, company, and contact information of the person or company you are nominating. Takes less than one minute to submit a nomination!
The process for submitting a product entry is easy and 100% digital! First, review categories and requirements, then complete the entry application. Once submitted you will receive entry numbers and instructions to deliver your final entry materials.
The Nominations and entry applications deadline for ALL categories is July 31, 2025.

Interview Process
All nominees will be judged based on their answers to the nomination questions. This panel of judges will determine the three finalists. The three finalists will then be notified via email and interviews will take place on the following dates:

Interviews will be held on Thursday, August 14th via Zoom.
Categories #32-46:
Interviews will be held on Tuesday, August 19th at the BIA office.
Categories #47 & #48:
Interviews will be held on Thursday, August 21st at the BIA office.
