2026 Mentor Program
All participants will be paired with a Mentor for one-on-one connections and will also be placed in a small group with other mentees/mentors. It is important to engage in both small group meetings and one-on-ones in order to get the most out of the program. The program offers mentees the opportunity to gain industry knowledge, guidance, and support from an industry leader (Mentor). Mentors will have the opportunity to engage with and strengthen connections with future industry leaders. The one-on-one and small group pairings are done carefully and thoughtfully based on the application responses for both the Mentor and Mentee.
Building a relationship between Mentor and Mentee is accomplished by meeting together on your own time. The more committed the Mentor and Mentee are to the relationship, the more satisfaction gained by all. The following guidelines have been established to help participants achieve a successful outcome.
Participate
- Take initiative on scheduling meetings
- Willingness to be open and honest and share personal information (anything shared between Mentor and Mentees will remain confidential)
- Be punctual, accommodating, and courteous of everyone’s time
- Program is Mentee driven, so you will set topics for conversation and provide areas for Mentors to help foster development
Commitment
- Attend the March 25th Kickoff Event (if schedule permits)
- Recommended (2) one-on-one meetings with your mentor
- Recommended (3) small group meetings
- Each small group meeting will have a topic/theme and may require homework
