The BIA submitted a letter outlining serious concerns with the General Plan Maintenance Fee currently under review at the City Council’s Land Use & Housing committee. In advance of its hearing at Land Use & Housing, the letter reflects continued difficulty making projects feasible in the face of ever increasing fees and costs administered at the local level.
