Paul has led the Shea Homes San Diego division of the nation’s largest privately-owned builder, shaping residential development in Southern California for nearly two decades. As division president, his leadership spans planning, design, development, construction, marketing, and sales of residential communities.
During his tenure at Shea Homes, Paul has been instrumental in acquiring over 4,000 homesites and developing more than 50 neighborhoods. His strategic impact has been a cornerstone in transforming residential communities in California.
