City of Oceanside | Density Cap

The City of Oceanside has come back with a proposal for a density cap in the downtown area. The proposed cap would maximize development to 100-dwelling units per acre. The cap includes any density bonus. If you provide additional affordable units, you can increase the density up to 200-dwelling units per acre. This item will be before the City Council on August 23rd.
