BIA Rising Star of the Year

BIA San Diego honors individuals who have been in our industry who have accomplished exceptional achievements in their area of expertise with our Rising Star of the Year Award. Our 2023 BIA Rising Star of the Year is Jason Santos of Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates (PLSA). Jason sits as the Chair of the board of our Young Generation of Leaders (y|GEN) Council. He is an active member within the BIA community supporting Project Green Light initiatives, promoting events, and assisting in membership recruitment for the y|GEN council. Jason is also involved in the San Diego Housing Policy Academy, a ULI Young Leader board member, and the Chair of both ULI’s Partnership Forum Group and ULI’s Urban Plan. He continuously works on inspiring others and being involved in the community to create a better path to housing for our younger generation in the industry. Jason strives to be a leader in the industry in supporting others and becoming an active resource for all he works with. Congratulations to BIA San Diego’s Rising Star of the Year, Jason Santos.
